Our philosophy of service begins with the first meeting the prospective client has with us. The meeting is a no charge complementary private discussion between the client, our medical doctor and senior laser technician. In this meeting the client explains what she/he would like to change about their skin, the skin areas are examined, questions are asked, medical concepts and skin care strategies discussed and a treatment program that will lead to the changes the client wishes is developed. Once this treatment program is developed, it is carefully reviewed with the client to ensure that their concerns are fully addressed. Should the client have a skin condition that we are not able to successfully treat or needs cosmetic surgery, she/he will be referred to a suitable physician.
Once treatment begins, the client has a structured program of treatment dates/times and information needed to ensure a successful treatment program. Whenever necessary, a call to the clinic will enable the client to discuss treatment and any concerns she/he may have.
Detailed photos of the area being treated are taken to help illustrate progress and kept in the clients file. At the conclusion of the treatment program, we review treatment progress with the client to ensure that the clinic has met the goals the client has set.
